Shipping policy

Last Updated: FEB 2024

Welcome to the logistical framework of WANTHROS, a brand operated exclusively by Vajraji Groups. By finalizing a transaction, initiating a checkout sequence, or otherwise engaging with the WANTHROS e-commerce ecosystem, you, the consumer, explicitly acknowledge, accept, and agree to be bound by the exhaustive, multidimensional shipping, fulfillment, and delivery protocols delineated herein. We strongly advise a meticulous review of this entire document prior to purchase, as it governs the physical transfer of goods from our fulfillment centers to your designated destination.

SECTION 1: ORDER PROCESSING AND ADMINISTRATIVE VERIFICATION
Upon the successful submission of an order, WANTHROS and Vajraji Groups initiate a rigorous, multi-tiered administrative and operational sequence. This encompasses, but is not limited to: payment gateway authorization, fraud prevention screening, inventory allocation, and comprehensive quality assurance inspections of the selected merchandise. This administrative phase is mandatory to ensure product integrity and transactional security. Consequently, orders are not immediately dispatched upon receipt. The customer acknowledges that the processing period is dynamic and subject to fluctuations based on order volume, operational capacity, and the specific nature of the product ordered.

SECTION 2: DISPATCH PROTOCOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LOGISTICAL INTEGRATION
Once an order has successfully navigated the administrative verification phase, it is packaged and transferred to our network of third-party logistics providers and courier partners. At this juncture, the physical custody of the parcel transitions from WANTHROS to the respective courier entity. The customer explicitly understands that Vajraji Groups maintains no direct control over the operational efficiency, routing decisions, sorting facility workflows, or the transit velocity of these third-party courier partners. The handover process itself may be subject to delays based on courier pickup schedules, regional hub congestion, or operational constraints at the fulfillment center.

SECTION 3: TRACKING MECHANISMS AND DATA DISSEMINATION
Upon the successful handover of the parcel to the courier, a unique tracking identifier (AWB number) is generated. This data is transmitted to the customer via the contact information provided during checkout. The customer acknowledges that tracking information is populated exclusively by the third-party courier partner and may experience latency, inaccurate updates, or prolonged periods of stagnation. WANTHROS is not responsible for the frequency, accuracy, or timeliness of these tracking updates. Customers are advised to utilize the tracking link provided by the courier directly for the most current logistical data.

SECTION 4: ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES AND LOGISTICAL VARIABLES
Under a hypothetical scenario characterized by completely optimal, non-disruptive, and highly efficient logistical conditions, the estimated delivery window from the date of dispatch is approximately 3 to 5 business days. However, it is imperative to recognize that this temporal metric is a dynamic estimate rather than a binding guarantee. This estimated timeline is subject to an extensive array of external variables that may significantly extend the delivery duration. The customer acknowledges that the physical transit of goods operates within a highly volatile logistical ecosystem, and as such, the estimated delivery window may be extended due to, but not limited to, the comprehensive factors outlined in subsequent sections.

SECTION 5: EXHAUSTIVE ENUMERATION OF EXOGENOUS DELAY FACTORS
The customer explicitly agrees that WANTHROS, Vajraji Groups, and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any delays, operational disruptions, or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to:

  • Courier Network Congestion and Operational Failures: Sorting errors, misrouting, transit vehicle malfunctions, staff shortages at courier facilities, or inefficient last-mile delivery personnel.

  • Environmental and Climatic Interferences: Severe weather phenomena including monsoons, flooding, cyclones, extreme heatwaves, or any other natural disaster that impedes transportation infrastructure.

  • Governmental and Societal Actions: Nationwide or regional strikes, protests, curfews, lockdowns, political unrest, border closures, or regulatory holds and customs inspections.

  • Fulfillment Bottlenecks: Unexpected surges in order volume, systemic inventory reconciliation issues, or supply chain disruptions affecting packaging materials.

  • Force Majeure Events: Pandemics, epidemics, acts of war, terrorism, or any other unforeseeable cataclysmic events.

SECTION 6: CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ADDRESS ACCURACY
The customer bears the sole responsibility for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information. This includes precise street addresses, correct postal identification numbers (PIN codes), and functional contact numbers. WANTHROS shall not be liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a parcel is returned to origin due to the customer's failure to accept delivery, provide accurate information, or remain reachable via the provided contact number, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees. Furthermore, the customer agrees to indemnify Vajraji Groups against any losses incurred due to such address discrepancies.

SECTION 7: RISK OF LOSS, TITLE, AND DAMAGES
The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from WANTHROS pass to the customer upon our delivery of the item to the third-party courier. This means that once the package leaves our fulfillment center, WANTHROS relinquishes financial responsibility for its physical integrity during transit. Claims for damaged, lost, or stolen goods during transit must be pursued directly with the courier partner. WANTHROS will provide reasonable assistance in filing such claims but assumes no financial liability for the outcome.

SECTION 8: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing the checkout process, the customer irrevocably waives any right to hold WANTHROS or Vajraji Groups liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from shipping delays. This includes, but is not limited to, emotional distress, loss of anticipated profit, or inconvenience. The customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these extensive shipping and delivery terms as a binding condition of their purchase.

SECTION 9: AMENDMENTS AND MODIFICATIONS
WANTHROS reserves the unilateral right to amend, modify, alter, or update this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For any inquiries, grievances, or clarifications regarding this policy, the customer may contact our support team at wanthros.co@gmail.com or vajrajigroups@gmail.com, or call us at +91 6364257679. Please allow up to 48 business hours for a response due to high inquiry volume.
